FROST FLOWERS a new film by Chris Korrow
Naturalist, award winning filmmaker and organic farmer, Chris Korrow, takes us on a journey into the fascinating phenomenon of “Frost Flowers.” These spectacular icy “blooms” occur for just a few short days a year, with magnificent displays only occurring every six years or so. We often overlook the artistry that takes place in nature, and this film encourages us to take a closer look at our surroundings with fresh eyes.
COMING TO GROUND
A new documentary series about farmers who are plumbing the deep history and memory of farm practices and community, while exploring farm policy that would actually support the small family farm and the production of food. These men and women are the hope and vision of a new agriculture based on ecologically sound principles.
